Magnaporthe oryzae Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) Network Database

MagNet is a comprehensive PPI network database for Magnaporthe oryzae, the rice blast fungus that serves as a model organism for understanding plant-microbe interactions. Our database integrates PPIs predicted through three complementary approaches: 1) homology-based interolog search, 2) domain-domain interaction analysis, and 3) co-expression network construction. The integrated network contains 5,600,976 total interactions, including 217,531 highly confident interactions supported by multiple prediction methods. Users can explore interaction partners of proteins of interest, examine subcellular localization patterns, and investigate biological functions within the network.
